Female Swiss-american, 38 years, hibernates
once a year, crazy for balkan music. Began her studies with architecture in Switzerland. Continued in graphic design and completed with BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, USA in 1992. Was hired to establish inhouse design department at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Between 1994-96 independent design work for various art institutions (Dia Center, Bronx Museum, Andy Warhol Museum). Continued design studies at Jan van Eyck Akademie, Netherlands with MFA in 1998. Various design, video and multimedia projects for international exhibitions and publications. In 1998, formation of design company 'lookinglately' with Achim Wieland in New York. Opening of Zurich office in 2001. Together with her business partner, she teaches corporate identity, gives lectures and workshops in visual communication and photography.
